Leesburg man flees deputies, arrested at River Creek residence

A Leesburg man was arrested on a slate of charges following traffic violations around 12:15 a.m. Friday.

Aaron C. Wiggins, 22, of Leesburg, was charged with narcotics possession, following too close, eluding, two counts of destruction of property and driving suspended, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

According to LCSO reports, Wiggins fled deputies after a traffic stop near Denizen Plaza and Davenport Drive in Sterling. Wiggins reportedly eluded LCSO deputies and led them onto a chase into the River Creek community between Sterling and Leesburg. He was eventually located at a residence in the 43000 block of Crystal Lake Street and taken into custody.

He's being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
