UPDATE: Missing Ashburn teen located safe

Update Oct. 16:

Myla Abanda has been located and returned to Loudoun County.

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding a missing 16-year-old from Ashburn.

Myla A. Abanda was last heard from on Oct. 4. She was last seen with a friend in the area of Silver Springs, Maryland, on Oct. 5. She is described as being 5'7" tall, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, LCSO officials said.

Anyone with information is asked to immediately contact Master Deputy R. Vall at 703-777-1021.
