Loudoun sheriff’s office investigating Sterling robbery

Loudoun County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a robbery call early Wednesday.

The victim reported that while he was walking around 1 a.m. on the 100 block of North Cottage Road in Sterling, three men approached him, pointed a gun at him and demanded cash, LCSO officials said.

He complied, and the suspects ran off. The suspects were described as a Hispanic man approximately 6’ tall wearing all black clothing, a Hispanic man approximately 5’11” with a slim build wearing a black hoodie and a black man approximately 6’3” skinny build with dreadlocks and wearing a red hoodie.

The robbery is still under investigation.
