The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office has released the name of the suspect in a June 26 “upskirting” incident.

The suspect is identified as Earl D. Jennings, 31, of Sterling. Jennings is wanted for unlawful filming. He was identified as the suspect after the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office released surveillance video of the man through social media and Alert Loudoun.

In the June 26 incident, the female victim reported around 1:10 p.m. that she observed the suspect attempting to take “upskirting” photos of her at a store in the 45100 block of Columbia Place. The suspect was confronted by the victim and a witness before he fled the store.

Weeks earlier, on June 11, Jennings was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a revoked license after a three-vehicle crash near the Route 7 and Loudoun County Parkway interchange. He was released on June 14 on a $5,000 secured bond.

Anyone with any information regarding Jennings' possible whereabouts is asked to immediately contact the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office at 703-777-1021.
