Man charged with narcotics violation, assault on law enforcement in Chantilly

A 45-year-old man was arrested Wednesday and charged with possession of a schedule two narcotic (PCP), assault on law enforcement, resisting arrest and trespassing.

Around 9:45 a.m., Keith A. Honesty, of no fixed address, was advised he was trespassing at a business at the 42400 block of John Mosby Highway in Chantilly.

Honesty refused to leave the property and comply with the trespassing notice, according to LCSO, and he was taken into custody.

As a deputy searched him, the narcotics were found. Honesty became combative and, at one point, kicked a deputy, according to LCSO.

Honesty was treated at StoneSprings Hospital Center for injuries sustained during the struggle. He remains held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.

No fixed address?  So he’s either homeless or a gypsy?

45 year old man high on PCP with no fixed address. Sounds like a winner! Model Citizen no doubt.
