    Man robbed at gunpoint in Sterling

    A 52-year-old Sterling man was robbed at gunpoint of his wallet and cash on Saturday by two men while walking in the 100 block of East Holly Avenue.

    Loudoun County Sheriff's Office reports said the man was approached about 3:45 p.m. by two men – one on foot and one on a moped. Both pulled firearms and one demanded the victim's wallet.

    Both suspects were described as Hispanic. The first suspect is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 160 pounds, with short black hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and black tennis shoes at the time of the robbery. The second suspect was described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, with short black hair and was wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans and black tennis shoes at the time of the robbery.
