Round Hill man charged with second DUI, third breath test refusal

A Round Hill man was arrested Monday night and charged with his second DUI in five years and third refusal of a breath test in 10 years.

According to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, Justin D. O'Neil, 30, of Round Hill was speeding on Route 7 near Claiborne Parkway in Ashburn when a deputy initiated a traffic stop around 6:30 p.m.

O'Neil was arrested and charged with driving under the influence – his second in five years – drinking while operating a vehicle and refusal of a breath test, his third in 10 years.

O'Neil was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on an unsecured bond.
