Sheriff’s Office investigating armed robbery in Sterling

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Monday armed robbery at the Enterprise Cleaners located in the 150 block of Enterprise Street in Sterling.

Around 5:43 p.m. today, the suspect walked into the cleaners, brandished a firearm and demanded cash. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male between 30 and 40 years old. The suspect was wearing a dark hat and all dark clothing and was concealing his face with a cloth material. The suspect fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

A perimeter was established and a search was conducted of the area, but no suspect was located.

Anyone with any information regarding the identity of the suspect is asked to contact Detective M. Bush of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division at 703-777-0475.
