Sheriff’s office responds to reported stabbing in Sterling

A Sterling man was reportedly stabbed Sunday morning by a white male who fled following the stabbing, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Around 2:40 a.m. in the 46000 block of Fessenden Terrace in Sterling, a male was walking around a complex when two males came up behind him and started making derogatory comments, according to the LCSO.

When the victim turned around, he said a man pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the stomach. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The suspects were described only as white males, with one wearing a dark jacket with jeans and the other wearing shorts and a light grey or white T-shirt.

Anyone with information regarding the possible identity of these suspects is asked to contact the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division at 703-777-0475.
