A Sterling woman was arrested in the early hours Friday and charged with assault and battery, destruction of property and public intoxication.

Tiffany L. Flowers, 27, was acting disorderly in the 21000 block of Blossom Hill Terrace in Ashburn. LCSO deputies responded to the area around 1:30 a.m. to find Flowers, who was uncooperative with deputies and disregarded their commands.

Flowers at first resisted arrest, and after being taken into a custody, she kicked out the side rear window of a sheriff's office cruiser, according to LCSO reports.

Was she on something?
