Two Loudoun County men arrested for grand larceny

Two Loudoun County men have been arrested for stealing items in a store in the 45000 block of Dulles Crossing Plaza in Sterling, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Around 9:36 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to the store for reports of two subjects stealing items.

The men were identified as Alexander Mirzian, 18, of Ashburn, and Jared P. Carter, 20, of Leesburg, according to the LCSO. Both Carter and Mirizian were charged with grand larceny, possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.
