Suspicious man seen at Sterling bus stop, touches child

A Sterling resident has reported two instances of an unknown man being seen around a nearby school bus stop.

The resident reported on Dec. 1 that the man was seen at the bus stop near Magnolia Road and Locomotive Terrace on Nov. 28 and Nov. 29. The man was seen placing his hand on top of a child's head, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Witnesses described the man as white with gray and white short hair and being 6’1” tall. He was seen driving a dark blue, older-model vehicle.
