‘Fill-the-Boot’ campaign kicks off Tuesday in Loudoun County

Members of the Loudoun County Fire-Rescue System and the Loudoun County Career Fire Fighters Association Local 3756 will kick off the annual “Fill-the-Boot” drive starting Tuesday.
