Crescent Parke developers file suit against Leesburg Town Council

The developers of proposed multi-use development Crescent Park filed a lawsuit against the Leesburg town council on Aug. 25 in Loudoun County Circuit Court, meeting the 30 day deadline to challenge the town council's failure to approve vote on July 26.
