Milton William “Rip” Hill, Jr.
Milton William Hill, Jr., was born on March 9, 1956, to the late Florence Latoya Ross and the late Milton William Hill, Sr. "Tom", in Loudoun County, VA. On December 23, 2016, God got a good one. He watch Milton, lovingly known as Rip, suffer long enough. God called him home.
Throughout his life, Rip made friends everywhere he went. His main spot was the race track; he loved those horses! He was a loving, caring, hard working man that would give you the shirt off of his back. Rip had a smile that would melt your heart.
His memory will continue to linger in the hearts of his fiance Deborah Scott; his four daughters, Chakiya, Skyla, Jasmine and Shamia; nine grandchildren, Lenard, Imoni, Niyah, Nijah, Amiya, Nani, Trece, Jayla and Keyoni; his brother, Richard Ross and his sister, Mary Hogan, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, Milton William Hill, III; his sisters, Ellen Hill and Billie Mae Ross.
He was cherished by many, loved by all. Now he has answered Gods call.
The wake was 10:00 a.m. Friday, 12/30/16 followed immediately by the 11:00 a.m. funeral service at Lyles Funeral Services, 630 S. 20th St., Purcellville, VA 20132. Interment was private.
