Daniel “Dan” Fendlason
Daniel “Dan” Fendlason, a resident of Purcellville, VA passed away on April 17, 2017 at the age of 56.
Dan was born to Joyce and Leroy Fendlason on August 4, 1960 in Covington, Louisiana. While growing up in Covington Dan was active in all sports and played on the 1976 State Champion high school football team. After graduating from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1986, Dan married Rebecca Pecoul of Metairie, Louisiana and their son Daniel was born in 1987.
In 1992 Dan and Rebecca moved to Washington, DC area and began their fledgling business. Within a few years they settled permanently in Virginia, basing the business in Sterling, VA and taking up residence in Purcellville, VA.
Dan is preceded in death by his parents, Joyce and Leroy Fendlason, and two brothers, James Fendlason and Roy Fendlason.
Dan is survived by his wife Rebecca, son Daniel, parents-in-law Linda and Ferdinand Pecoul, and two sisters, Mary Gail Ashby and Lisa Magee. Other survivors include many loving nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters related by marriage.
Dan is best remembered for his keen intellect, compassionate heart and generous spirit.
