Katherine May Weller

Katherine May Weller passed away at her home in Lovettsville, VA on January 5, 2018. She was a much loved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She is survived by her devoted, beloved husband of 62 years Harold N. Weller; her two loving daughters Karen Hampel (husband Wayne) and Amanda Fredriksen (husband Eric); her very special granddaughter Kate Heislup (husband Will); great granddaughters Addison and Payeton Heislup; grandsons Brian and John Hampel; great grandson Jennings Hampel; and her dearest friend Treasa Stocks. Katherine’s greatest loves were her family and nature. She will live on in our memories and always remain in our hearts. Funeral Services will be held at noon onWednesday, January 10, 2018, at the New Jerusalem Lutheran Church in Lovettsville, VA (12942 Lutheran Church Road). The family will receive friends and relatives beginning at 11:00 a.m. Her burial will immediately follow at the Lovettsville Union Cemetery located next to the church. A reception celebrating Katherine’s life will follow at 1:30 p.m. at the church.
