Braulio Castillo, the Ashburn man accused of killing his estranged wife in March 2014, had a fresh scrape under a black eye the same day his wife's body was discovered in her Belmont Station Road home, a Loudoun detective testified today.

Ashburn man arrested for grand larceny, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile

Zachary H. Fosset, 20, of Ashburn, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, grand larceny, obstruction of justice, resisting arrest, underage possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana. The other suspect is a juvenile and his case is pending.
