Just after midnight on Aug. 21, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of North Brunswick Street and Sterling Boulevard to a vehicle parked with the engine off in the middle of the roadway.

Sterling man arrested for abduction and assault

Francisco M. Reynaldo, 28, of Sterling, was arrested and charged with abduction by force to deprive of liberty and assault on family member on Sunday morning, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Loudoun Grand Jury indicts 42 in August

A Loudoun County Grand Jury indicted more than 40 individuals Aug. 14, with involuntary manslaughter and sex crimes being the most prominent offenses. The grand jury will meet again Sept. 11 and is expected to return indictments the following day.
