Electrical Apprenticeship Grad

Phillip J. Luke III recently became one of 172 to graduate this year from the electrical apprenticeship program of the Joint Apprenticeship & Training Committee (JATC), an organization that prepares electricians for Local 26, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. A 2001 graduate of Park View High School, the Ashburn resident went on to complete one of the JATC’s three- to five-year programs. Luke was attracted to the training program when he heard about it through a friend.
