High School Bomb Threat Was Sent By Fax

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is continuing its investigation into Friday's bomb threat that disrupted classes at Woodgrove High School in Purcellville.

The agency said the threat was sent by fax to the Purcellville Police Department at 12:40 p.m. Oct. 23. Two more threats were sent the department by fax later that day.

Students were evacuated from the school for more than an hour while its was searched by about two dozen law enforcement officers and bomb detection dogs. Nothing suspicious was found.
