One suspect arrested, police search for three more in Manassas shooting

Manassas police on Wednesday said they have arrested on man wanted in connection with a Sept. 25 shooting that left a 24-year-old man fighting for his life, and are now looking for three more.

Martin Allen Boyce, 21, was arrested this week in the shooting on Stevens Court. He is charged with aggravated malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and shooting into an occupied vehicle.

Police are now searching for William Tapscott, 26, who goes by ""Ruda"" or ""Yung Ru,"" Ronald Levi ""Ro"" Harris, 31, and Antoine Johneas ""Heavy"" Mason, 31.

Officers were called to the 9100 block of Stevens Court that morning about 1:05 a.m. for a shooting in progress. They arrived to find the victim lying outside. He remains hospitalized with life-threatening injuries a month later, police spokeswoman Adrienne Helms said.

Police did not say how the suspects were identified or release a motive for the shooting.
