Sheriff’s Office: ‘KKK’ Scratched On Vehicle In Sterling

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is investigating the vandalism of a vehicle parked at a Sterling hotel Thursday night as a hate crime.

The victim on Friday morning discovered the vehicle had the letters ""KKK"" scratched on it at three locations and all four tires were flat, although they were not damaged.

The hotel is located in the 45500 block of East Severn Way.

The damage occurred sometime between 7:30 p.m. Aug. 20 and 6 a.m. Aug. 21.
