Loudoun County High School seniors Allyson Brown (Virginia Tech), Emily Mothersbaugh (Longwood University) and Allison Maliska (Duquesne University) signed national letters of intent Feb. 24 to continue their soccer careers in college.

The trio was joined by family, teammates and Raider soccer coaches Kirk Smith and Mary Grace Doyle in the LCHS gym foyer.

Brown earned Virginia 4A State Player of the Year honors as a junior after netting 35 goals.

Mothersbaugh received all-conference and all-region accolades in 2016, while Maliska is returning for her senior season this spring after missing the last two seasons due to knee injuries.

Loudoun County has won two consecutive Virginia 4A State Championships in girls' soccer.
