About 800 people joined a virtual celebration on Nov. 13 for the 26th Annual Loudoun Chamber of Commerce Small Business Awards, during which Purcellville’s Catoctin Creek Distilling claimed several of the top honors.

Winners were declared in nine categories: People’s Choice Award, Destination Business of the Year, Main Street Business of the Year, Superior Service Business of the Year, Virtual Business of the Year, Health and Wellness Business of the Year, Nonprofit Organization of the Year, Top Entrepreneur and Small Business of the Year.

“Loudoun County’s small business community has faced unprecedented challenges in 2020. Yet, these business owners and entrepreneurs continue to persevere and make invaluable contributions that define Loudoun’s world class quality of life,” said Tony Howard, chamber president and CEO.
