Purcellville adds second night of trick-or-treating due to weather forecast

Due to the impending weather forecast for heavy rain on Halloween night, the Town of Purcellville has announced it has added a second night of trick-or-treating on Nov. 1.

According to the town's statement, officials are asking parents to use their judgment in determining whether Thursday is safe for families to be outside.

Town officials said Purcellville residents should expect trick-or-treaters on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 from dusk until 9 p.m.
