The National Conference Center in Leesburg has announced it will serve as the official hospitality partner for the United Soccer League's Loudoun United FC.

Under the partnership, The National will be the “Home of Loudoun United” and host to visiting teams, youth teams and all guests of events taking place at the Loudoun United Stadium in 2019.

The National will also offer an overnight soccer package for fans attending home games, according to conference center officials.

The property's Black Olive Bar & Grill will televise away games and offer Loudoun United game-day and post-game food and drink specials.

“The National Conference Center is thrilled to be teaming with Loudoun United as their Official Hospitality Partner,” Vice President and General Manager Geoff Lawson said in a prepared statement. “Being the home to Loudoun’s first professional soccer team will allow us to work closely with this community leader and provide a relaxing home base for players, coaches, and fans."

Along with being the official hospitality partner of Loudoun United FC, The National will be the jersey sponsor for Loudoun United in its inaugural season. The home red jersey and away black jersey will both be printed with The National logo alongside the Loudoun United FC crest.

“In soccer there isn’t a more highly sought after opportunity than the front of jersey partner as it essentially takes on the identity of the club. We couldn’t think of a better local partner to embark on this historic first-of-its-kind journey in Loudoun County,” Loudoun United FC Chief Operating Officer Adam Behnke said. “We are extremely proud to wear their name across the country to represent The National."

Financial specifics of the partnership were not disclosed.

Loudoun United FC is the minor-league affiliate of Major League Soccer's DC United. Their inaugural season kicks off in the spring.
