Martin Lawrence's Purcellville ranch is now on the market for $8.5 million.

Actor Martin Lawrence has put his 22,538-square-foot Purcellville home on the market for $8.5 million, according to media reports.

The news broke yesterday on that Lawrence is parting with his Purcellville ranch.

The home, built in 1980, features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and three half bathrooms. It sits on 116 acres.

The property also boasts two large lakes with docks, an indoor pool, hot tub, home theater, indoor basketball court, bowling alley and a fitness room.

Peter Pejacsevich of Middleburg Real Estate-Atoka Properties is handling the listing.

Lawrence is known for his work in films such as "Big Momma's House," "Bad Boys," "Wild Hogs" and "Life," as well as the sitcom "Martin."
