A man was arrested in Aldie Sunday morning for alleged disorderly conduct and child neglect, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities responded to the 24000 block of Audubon Trail Drive around 5:45 a.m. for reports of an unclothed man walking and yelling in the street.

The man was reportedly found to be under the influence of narcotics and resisted being taken into custody.

Deputies located two children inside the man's residence.

Tarek Chaudhary, 38, of Aldie, was charged with disorderly conduct, indecent exposure, hindering a deputy, public intoxication and two counts of child neglect.

He was later released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a $1,000 bond.

So he only had to put up $100 in order to post bond, correct?A higher bond or keeping him incarcerated until a hearing would surely have been considered "racist".

Did the officers instruct him to keep his hands where they can see them.
