One suspect reportedly struck a victim with his vehicle before fleeing the scene, while another suspect fled the area on foot.
The victim sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries, LCSO officials said.
Authorities located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop, finding the driver to be under the influence of alcohol.
