A man was arrested in Ashburn following a December 2020 incident involving an allegedly stolen vehicle, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Last month, a complainant reported that between Dec. 23 and Dec. 25 her 2010 silver Hyundai Elantra had been taken from her driveway in the 43000 block of Sherbrooke Terrace in Leesburg.
Authorities reportedly recovered the vehicle in Pennsylvania and, after an investigation, arrested James S. Soloka, 21, of Ashburn, on Jan. 21 at a relative's house.
Saloka, whom the victim reportedly knew, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, credit card theft and larceny.
According to the LCSO, he was taken to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and remains held there without bond.
