A woman was arrested in Sterling Wednesday evening after allegedly assaulting and damaging a local man's home, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded to the area of McPherson Circle around 6:18 p.m. for a report of the incident and reportedly learned the suspect and the victim had been involved in a traffic altercation.
Following that conflict, authorities say the suspect followed the victim to his residence, where she physically assaulted him and threw a brick at his front door, reportedly causing damage.
Lexi M. Palma, 21, of Ashburn, was charged with assault, destruction of property, disorderly conduct, driving on a suspended license and throwing an object at an occupied building.
As of Thursday afternoon, Palma was being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond, according to officials.
