A Georgia man was arrested in Sterling Sunday afternoon after allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies responded to the intersection of Route 28 and Old Ox Road around 1:58 p.m. for reports of an unconscious man in the driver seat of a vehicle.

LCSO officials say the man was found to be under the influence of alcohol and an open alcoholic container was located in his vehicle.

Trever Jacobs, 27, of Georgia, was charged with driving while intoxicated — his second offense — and drinking while driving.

Jacobs was later released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a $3,000 bond.

How bad of a drinking problem does one have to have if you're passed out on the road in broad daylight?

The judge needs to come down hard on this guy; clearly he didn't learn his lesson the first time...

Rumor has it he was heading back to Georgia but he forgot his way, twice.
