A Herndon man was arrested Friday night after allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol in Leesburg, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities responded to reports of a reckless driver near the 19700 block of Sycolin Road around 11:09 p.m.
During an LCSO traffic stop, the driver and passenger were reportedly found to be under the influence of alcohol. Alcohol was also located in the vehicle.
Miguel F. Flores, 45, was charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to provide a breath test — both second offenses — as well as drinking while driving. The passenger was charged with public intoxication.
Both subjects were released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on personal recognizance bonds.
