A Leesburg man was arrested Sunday when he was found to be under the influence of alcohol after being involved in a crash in Lucketts, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies responded to reports of the two-vehicle crash in the area of James Monroe Highway/Route 15 and Myersville Lane at 6:32 p.m. Sunday.

The driver of one of the vehicles, Karanjeet Singh, 63, of Leesburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated — his third offense — and driving after forfeiture of license. He was being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.

So no charges for the accident? How does someone like this(3rd DWI/DUI and 10+ traffic violations) even have auto Insurance?

Time to put a Breathalyzer on this guy's steering wheel. How many DUI's do you need?

Would it matter? Can't prevent these people from buying/borrowing another car.
