Sunset View Terrace

Leesburg Police Department officers on Sunday responded to a call at the Stratford Club condominiums near Sunset View Terrace to find a dead body near the complex's dumpsters.

An LPD spokesman said there were no signs of trauma to the deceased and there doesn't appear to be anything suspicious at the scene.

The spokesman said the deceased is a woman approximately 60 years old.

Officers responded to the scene around 10:45 a.m., according to the spokesman. The investigation is ongoing.

Loudoun does have a homeless population. I occasionally see an older woman walking along Rt. 15 with her backpack and other items. That may explain why the lady's body was found near a dumpster (with no reported foul play). Condolences to those who lost a friend, sister, or mother.

It doesn't matter who she is. She is someone's mother, wife, sister, aunt, and friend. Your callous and cavalier comments are hurtful and unnecessary and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Please don't let me die next to a dumpster! That is just so sad.

"no foul play" How does one find a dead body just laying there? How do they know there was no "foul play"? hmmmmm…..very weird.

Took trash to dumpster. Heart attack, stroke, seizure. Simple.

Just wait until you hear about the dead man, in a room, with a puddle of water.

Does anyone know the where abouts of Carole Baskin at the time of this incident?

Who is she?
