Isn't loitering a crime?

Jeanne T--the answer would be yes based upon a review of Sec. 24-204 entitled " Loitering or prowling" under the the town code for the Town of Leesburg, Ordinance 654.01 entitled "Loitering" for the County of Loudoun, and § 15.2-926. Prohibiting loitering; frequenting amusements and curfew for minors; penalty in the Code of Virginia.

Anything on the name of the victim?

Hold it, isn't that location right across the street from Leesburg police station?

Nope, by the 7-11 and dude got sliced like a roast beef

How do you know that...🤔🤔🤔

pretty much across the street from the police station. it's the same location illegals hang out to get day labor jobs.

Not just illegals. I’ve seen all kinds if legals there too. US born citizens. We call it the “unemployment line”. Oh... And did you know that these same kinds of people contract them? Amazing right?! That is why we see it more as the “unemployment line”.

all kinds of legals? so you've never been there I see. Also, I think it would be the "employment line"...don't ya think? I mean I'm sure you're way more familiar with the unemployment line but I think these people want to work..
