Loudoun County | PRIDE Exhibit 2022

Loudoun Government Center will feature a new art exhibit celebrating Pride Month through to June 30.

The Loudoun County Art Advisory Committee (AAC) has opened a new exhibit at Gallery One, the art gallery located in the lobby of the Loudoun County Government Center at 1 Harrison St. SE in Leesburg, according to a June 7 announcement.

The exhibit features the work of 15 artists who identify as LGBTQ or are allies of the LGBTQ community, the announcement states. The exhibit — titled PRIDE — features 19 pieces of artwork created by students ages 18 to 52 in photography, ceramics, painting, drawing, sculpture and fiber mediums. The month of June is designated as Pride Month and celebrates the contributions of people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer or questioning.
