The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is seeking assistance in locating a missing and endangered man last known to be traveling in the Leesburg area.

Authorities say Kyung Yi, 84, was last seen around 10 a.m. Monday leaving a family member's home on Showers Lane for an appointment in Leesburg.

Yi was reportedly driving a silver Honda Accord with Virginia license plate VBB 5608.

The LCSO describes him as 5 feet 3 inches, 130 pounds and last seen wearing a gray short-sleeve shirt and gray pants.

Authorities consider Yi endangered "due to mental and/or physical health concerns," according to a Monday afternoon release.

Those with potential information regarding Yi's whereabouts are asked to call the LCSO at 703-777-1021 or to dial 911.
