The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors will hold an emergency business meeting Wednesday at 2 p.m. to address the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, according to county officials. The board will receive an update on the virus response.
Supervisors will also discuss the passage of an emergency ordinance to identify how they will meet remotely, and they are expected to ratify the county administrator’s decision to adjust transit service delivery and waive fees during the pandemic.
Documents prepared for the emergency meeting will be posted on the county’s website.
The board will meet at the Loudoun County Government Center in Leesburg.
The meeting will be televised on Comcast Government Channel 23, Open Band Channel 40 and Verizon FiOS Channel 40 and livestreamed at loudoun.gov/webcast.
