The National Association of Realtors awarded Greg Masucci of Purcellville with its 2020 NAR Good Neighbor Award.

The National Association of Realtors awarded Greg Masucci with its 2020 NAR Good Neighbor Award for his work with A Farm Less Ordinary, a nonprofit farm in western Loudoun County that employs young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Masucci, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential and Atoka Properties, and his wife Maya Wechsler founded A Farm Less Ordinary in 2016 as a nonprofit organization. They live in Purcellville with ther son Max who has severe autism.

“Realtors have a long-standing history of giving back to the communities they serve. That’s who we are,” said Barry Taylor, 2020 president of the Dulles Area Association of Realtor, of which Masucci is a member. “Greg personifies that in a big way by creating opportunities and connections for people with developmental disabilities through his nonprofit organization.”

At the farm, young men and women learn to grow produce from seed to harvest and attend farmer’s markets as ambassadors for people with disabilities.
