Hopefully they update this article with what happened and why. More to this story. The roads in western LoCo are fine. Bigger roads means more people, more traffic, more mess.

Why does this story repeatedly refer to the driver who crossed the solid double lines as the "victim?" The victim is the poor soul who happened to be driving in the opposite direction.

They both are victims. Has it occurred that since they didn’t say alcohol was a factor or anything else that something else happened like a medical emergency. Something that he had no control over.

Time to upgrade Loudoun's roads as more and more people move here. Two lane roads with no shoulder need to be upgraded to two lane roads with shoulders.

And they should start with 287, 9, 690, 662, 15, 704. I would add Evergreen Mill -- but that should go 4 lane with shoulders -- stat.
