Gagandeep Singh mugshot

Gagandeep Singh

A man was arrested Sunday morning in Chantilly after allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and assaulting two Loudoun County Sheriff's Office deputies.

LCSO officials say a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction around 2:54 a.m. near the intersection of Tall Cedars Parkway and Loudoun County Parkway.

The driver was reportedly under the influence of alcohol, leading authorities to place him under arrest.

After being taken to jail, the suspect reportedly assaulted two deputies.

Gagandeep Singh, 24, of Manassas, was charged with driving while intoxicated and two counts of assault on law enforcement.

Singh was later released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

Representing the Mambo

Don’t leave me in jail, if you would be so kind.

Not a very high bond for assault on police,

Alex Jones

Gagandeep sounds like a great name to have in a prison population!

What was your question again?

The question is what is meant by the name Gagandeep relating to a prison name.

For not getting the joke, amerigirl must spend 2 minutes in the penalty box for delay of game.

I hope they took his license before releasing him.

Great! He assaults 2 law enforcement officers and gets a low bond that even a homeless person could afford. They need to take the magistrates license!

Why does he need a license? Only law abiding citizens will follow the law requiring one. Criminals won't care...they will drive anyway
