Thirty-three-year-old Phillip Allan Cash of Maryland has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for six counts of distributing a schedule I or II narcotic, according to the Loudoun County commonwealth's attorney's office.
Loudoun County Circuit Court Judge James P. Fisher also imposed an additional 20 years of suspended penitentiary time during sentencing on Sept. 11.
Undercover detectives with the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office contacted Cash in early September 2018 and arranged to purchase cocaine and ecstasy from him. Authorities say Cash sold one detective one ounce of cocaine on six separate occasions, for which the detective paid him a total of $9,240.
Fisher also imposed a $60,000 fine and ordered Cash to pay $9,240 restitution to the LCSO, according to county officials.
Cash will be placed on five years of supervised probation upon his release from prison.
