A Maryland man was arrested in Ashburn Thursday morning and charged with his second driving while intoxicated offense, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

An LCSO deputy stopped Joshua P. Cooper, 35, for a traffic infraction near the 21000 block on Ashburn Village Boulevard at 12:47 a.m.

Cooper was then found to be under the influence of alcohol, according to authorities. He was later released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a $1,500 secured bond.
