The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is seeking possible witnesses to a crash involving a vehicle and a bicyclist at approximately 9:40 p.m. on June 1.
According to the LCSO, deputies responded to the crash site on Sycolin Road between Shreve Mill Road and the Leesburg Park and Ride.
The bicyclist, a 41-year-old male, was flown by helicopter to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and was in stable condition Sunday. The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene, and the circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
