Authorities are searching for a man who they say shot toward an employee of a Sterling restaurant after being asked to leave multiple times Saturday night, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to Tommy’s Place II, located in the 150 block of Enterprise Street, at about 11:15 for the incident, during which the suspect reportedly threatened an employee as he was leaving the restaurant.
After the man fired a single shot in the direction of the employee, striking a window, an armed security guard then discharged his firearm multiple times at the suspect’s vehicle as he fled the scene, officials said in the report.
According to the report, a customer inside the restaurant received minor injuries in the incident, but did not disclose the nature of the injuries or how they were sustained.
The suspect, who fled the area in a black Toyota Tundra, was described as a Hispanic male, 5’5” tall, 195 pounds, and was wearing a black shirt.
