A Sterling man was arrested early Monday after allegedly forcing entry into Park View High School, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded to the 400 block of West Laurel Avenue in Sterling around 2:30 a.m. after receiving reports of a burglary in progress from Loudoun County Public Schools Safety and Security personnel. The suspect was reportedly be seen on surveillance video damaging an exterior door to gain entry to the school before heading toward the teacher's lounge.
Gabriel D. Brow, 40, was taken into custody without incident by LCSO deputies with assistance from a Town of Herndon Police Department K9 unit. He was charged with burglary, trespassing and destruction of property.
Authorities searched the school, but found no other subjects and observed nothing suspicious. No weapons were found on the suspect.
Brow was being held Monday morning at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center pending a bond review.
