A man was arrested in Leesburg Friday after allegedly causing a crash that resulted in another driver's injury, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Harry Byrd Highway and Claiborne Parkway around 11 p.m. for reports of a vehicle collision.
Officials say the driver of the striking vehicle was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
The driver of the second vehicle reportedly received non-life-threatening injuries and received treatment at a local area hospital.
Mohammad H. Rahim, 22, of Sterling, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving on a suspended or revoked license.
