A man was arrested Thursday after he reportedly performed a sexual act in front of four women in Sterling last week, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Two women reported that an unknown male began to follow them while they were outdoors in the area of Devenshire Court around 7:45 p.m. on May 14.
The suspect reportedly performed a sexual act as he followed them.
Two more women in the neighborhood contacted the LCSO shortly thereafter and similarly reported that a male had performed a sexual act while watching them.
Deputies identified the man as Scott T. Newcomb, 50, of Sterling, and on Thursday charged him with two counts of actual or simulated masturbation in public.
He is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
